A prompt that works on your laptop is useless if a teammate cannot rerun it next week. I write prompts as short recipes: subject, framing, materials, lighting, and what must not change. I also paste one approved reference filename next to each recipe.
I store those recipes in Nano banana 2.1 so the handoff packet stays short and consistent.
If the next person can match the reference without asking you, the prompt was clear enough.
